We carefully select materials that combine quality, durability, comfort, and timeless beauty.

Our collections may include premium polymer clay, resin, freshwater pearls, shell and mother-of-pearl details, stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, gold-filled components, sterling silver, and other thoughtfully selected materials.

Each piece is designed with attention to detail and created for comfortable everyday wear. The exact materials used are always listed in the product description.

Are your jewelry pieces handmade?

SARTIA JEWELRY offers a thoughtfully curated selection of jewelry pieces, including designs handcrafted in our studio as well as carefully selected pieces created with trusted materials and craftsmanship.

Whether handmade or carefully sourced, every piece is chosen with attention to quality, design, and a beautiful wearing experience.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

We use carefully selected, skin-friendly materials designed for comfortable wear. Many of our earrings feature stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel components, which are known for their durability and are often suitable for sensitive ears.

If you have specific sensitivities, we recommend checking the materials listed for each individual piece or contacting us before purchase.

Are your products vegan?

Some of our pieces, including selected polymer clay and resin designs, are vegan. Pieces featuring natural materials such as freshwater pearls, shell, or mother-of-pearl are not vegan.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the European Union usually takes 3–7 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €70 within Slovenia and the European Union.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently, we ship within Slovenia and the European Union only.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Please visit our Returns & Cancellations page for full details and return conditions.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the original packaging or a jewelry box.

Proper care helps maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

Quality & Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Selected SARTIA JEWELRY pieces featuring premium materials such as freshwater pearls, gold-filled components, sterling silver, and precious gemstones come with a 1-year warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material-related issues under normal wear and proper care. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, exposure to chemicals, water damage, or natural wear over time.
